At Monumental Additions Ltd, we take pride in supplying high-quality bronze and marble memorials and accessories. If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a return and offer either a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Defective Returns
Returns of non-defective items are accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned in original, re-saleable condition with all packaging intact.
Exclusions
- Custom-made or personalised products (including painted, engraved, or tailored items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Items returned in poor or damaged condition may be rejected or refunded at a reduced rate.
Return Process
- Contact us at sales@monadd.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide a return authorisation and instructions.
- Returns must be securely packaged and shipped to the address provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
